cocoa_soul- DONT CALL IT A COMEBACK
After all the emotions and expectations leading up to this meet, I can truly say that yesterday was everything I wanted it to be. Not in terms of the numbers I was or was not able to hit but more so in my mental approach to every lift
1) Being able to find a balance in tackling every attempt with both aggression and composure
2) Being able to stay present thru every second of every lift
3) And, most importantly having fun through it all
aj_derks- This is the highlight of our seminar this weekend. Here we have @kathihammer1 hitting a deadlift PR of 215lbs at the age of 70 years old. If you can’t tell she is beyond happy! This is proof that athletes come in all shapes and sizes and ages. This was such an inspiring moment for everyone and emotional for some. Kathi as also been on a journey since February of 2017 to lose weight, she has successfully lost 70lbs as of today!! powerlifting

minimyraa- REP PR ALERTTTTT
Even though I didn’t get this for 5 reps like I wanted, I’m still super happy bc this is the fastest 360+ has ever moved. #yayyy
Also SO to @ginahalfwolf and @bridgeford242 for teaching me how to deadlift 5 mins before I pulled this.
