realmattwenning- One of the work sets last night. This is 700 lightened band. The safety bar always tests my upper back- wants me to shift forward. That's why when I use a straight bar it's so easy. Use stuff that challenges you.

marisainda- That face is how I feel about all these death reps.. 245lbs 4 x 8 and not even gonna lie only did 6 on my last set. Technique is a bit rusty-have an inflamed psoas -haven't low bar squatted in over a month #excusesexcuses

jenthompson132- Hitting heavy holds. Glad to be back in the 500's. We try to hold it 10-15 seconds. It works stability muscles and these isometric holds have shown to improve concentric strength.
big.fat.and.ugly- Another RPS competition in the books. This was my first multi-ply competition and by far my most difficult. I managed to bench 410 lbs and deadlift 635 lbs but the highlight of the day was this sweet 800 lb squat giving me an 1845 total and a spot on the national rankings list at 220.
