Some controlled deads on the deadlift bar to take a little strain out of the bottom for the si joint.
I believe this bar is 55lbs so 505x10,
the idea is to control the weight as if it were an extension of your own body.
390 x 4, 3 sets of it tonight. Set 2 and 3 shown because yeah.
I was relaxed as fuck during this session so there was literally zero adrenaline or "hyper" or aggression helping these.
I basically just had to talk to myself prior to the sets to make sure I was awake for them.
Flat as fuuuuuck. Mental mental mental, deadlift is crazy mental.
Max effort bench press:
Here is my last set of the evening.
Big PR today 705lbs RAWWW Reverse Shitty Blues.

October 21, 1942 ~ May 14, 2017 (age 74) Hatfield Quotes: "Dr Fred Hatfield was the first strength guru to talk about many subjects that others take credit for today. Practiced everything he preached. Fearless in his pursuit of knowledge and peace of mind heart and soul!!" - Ed Coan "Fred Hatfield was a good friend of mine. Over the last couple of years I enjoyed our friendly jabbing back and forth with him. I often got on his case for throwing words out there that only a few ppl understood. Good bye old buddy. See you at the chalk box somewhere down the road." -Larry Pacifico
