powerlifting ashh117 Deadlift - 800 lbs Bench Press - 446.5 lbs Squat (High Bar) - 683.5 lbs Total - 1930 lbs Body weight - 205.9 lbs My “unconventional” and brutal training was a complete success. 1st place in 231 weight class, overall best male lifter in the nation. My favorite performance, and the best way to possibly close out my undergraduate powerlifting career (I have 1 year left in grad school). A lot of friendly faces this weekend I was happy to see and genuinely reminded me of the influence I truly had. I love all of you and thank you , to my family @utsapowerlifting @hfourhelenn @chestnificent @doobvoob_97 @joeyflexx7 @hamstringpapi @SBD.usa @usapowerlifting @usapowerlifting_tx @thekilocartel @baregrip @rpstrength and EVERYONE else...I would be nobody without you all. Above all, thank you God for this opportunity to lead and to compete healthily. For those asking me what’s next, all you need to know is I will always go where the competition is waiting for me . @league_of_lifting @mikeydeee_lifts it’s your turn!
