21 year old Shelby Miles - 270lbs American Record Bench Press

powerlifting Hartman Performance Training Athlete - Shelby Miles - sets the 2nd highest bench press in USA Powerlifting history for all girls and all weight classes in the Jr. / 23 and under age division. This was also an American Record for her age and weight class. Shelby accomplished this historic event at the 2019 Arnold Sports Festivall in Columbus, Ohio where she competed as a Pro Bench Press Athlete on the Rogue Fitness Stage. We had plenty more in the tank, but this was the exact number we needed to set the all-time American Record and set up a point for Shelby's World Championship run which will take place in Sweden this summer.
