powerlifting Sandy Simmons competed on Saturday December 8th at the Florida Senior Games presented by Humana. On her second deadlift attempt she missed 226lbs but on her 3rd attempt she pulled it with some room to spare! Sandy is 70 years old and competed in the 132lb class
