powerlifting tommartinpl 350kg x 3 squat for a 10kg PB on my triple. I'll be honest I'd talked myself out of this while warming up when I realized how battered I still was from 400kg a few days ago and thought a single would be fine, but I guess I decided to do 3 after the monolift had already started to close.
