powerlifting kriis_d 3rd attempt deadlift to lock in the gold for the 72kg class with this 210kg (463lbs) meet PR weighing in at 69.7. Came into this meet not super confident since I’m actually recovering from a glute injury. I haven’t been able to squat without pain literally until last night so wasn’t really sure what to expect. The goal was to stay conservative in squats and go for a heavier pull if needed. I’ve hit this in training and since I’m usually good for about 10kg gym vs meet PR I knew I had this in the bag, just needed to execute. Holy feels right now!
