powerlifting _miss_lisa Not the ideal meet for me , but it served its purpose. After having such terrible meets back to back at 47kg, i decided to move up to 52. My confidence had been really shot on platform so made some choices that i thought suit me best for that day. Finished pulls strong .. 2nd attempt on bench i missed because i misgrooved and shot the bar back too fast so stayed at the same weight. Definitely not a PR for me but glad i came back and got it. On the plus side , added the 90lbs back on to my total that i lost last meet feeling like shit at 47. Time for some changes and hopefully do better next time because now i won’t doubt myself anymore.
