powerlifting vincentdizenzo Well here it is, my first full meet in over 20 years. I went 9 for 9 with a 600 squat, 460 bench, and 540 deadlift. I had more in me but tweaked my back on the bench. I have lots to say and will blog about it soon with a link. It took a lot of people to get me back here and I'm really happy to have made the comeback.
