powerlifting strongsarah7I'M SO FREAKING EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE that I made it though a deadlift workout with chains!
Last week coach and I both agreed that I'm a total badass and I'm wayyyyy stronger than a 480 projected max. (Just kidding he never gives me compliments.. He tries to keep me grounded and level headed ) ANYWHO We work off of percentages of our "projected max" Mine increased from 480 to 505 Which means, every time my program calls for 80% I will be pulling 405 (NBD) so basically I'm gonna pull 500 next year
