bayne_sts- Deadlifts tonight 8/16 - worked up to 2 sets of 765lbs of 2 and 3 reps and backdown set of 525lbs for 10. Accessories- pull-ups and row hammer machine. Everything’s feeling good going into next week. No more weights until next Friday. Gonna be hard but I need to rest. powerlifting
