jenthompson132- 310lbs never felt so smooth and easy. Sound On: to hear how my team sets me up for this lift. I usually crop this out, but I thought it would be good to reflect on as well. I give myself a yell for motivation. I set up the same way everytime. The most important thing for me, is to set my shoulders firmly into the bench. Then I hear all my key words to remind me what I need to do to execute this lift. Can't wait to get to @usapowerlifting bench nats. Sept 14th. On track for 320lbs.... powerlifting
