Good and Bad days

I have been preparing for my first powerlift meet. I have days where I can go into the gym and kill have a awesome workout. I also have those days where I I hard a hard time getting anything going. any tips on that?

as long as you get in the gym give it your best shot ,its not a bad day, doing something is better than nothing ,we all have those days it depends on how you slept how your day was what you ate lots of stuff just keep at it and you,ll be fine make sure you don,t over train your body will let you know ,just listen to it lift smart
