miss_amanda_ann- Yoooooo, 460lbs x 6 PR, then a 2x6 @ 440lbs after! ———————————————
Not only am I stoked about the amount of weight on the bar, I’m also happy with the bar positioning. As you’ve seen in often the past, the bar tends to roll up my back and I get out of position. Today, I tried lowering the bar slightly and made an effort to stay more tight. I’m hoping to prevent this from happening again in the future. I’m not opposed to trying flats if that’ll help the cause too. For now, I’m pretty happy with where things are at, especially considering having a knee strain not too long ago! powerlifting
