gorillabench- Every couple of weeks the weight loss pushes back and I feel the bar moving me around. Then I get a day where I feel like I'm moving it. Staying north of 5 bills while getting healthy and changing composition, I'm good with it. Doubles up to 505x2 followed by drop sets. powerlifting
