miss_amanda_ann- MEET RECAP I ended up going 5/9 (lol) with an unofficial AR/WR squat at 496lb/225kg, then a 501lb/227.5kg deadlift, and a 220lb/100kg bench. My total PR (by 25kg) was 552.5kg @ 83.3kg BW, calculating to a 494.76 Wilks PR (by 20 points)! Definitely not the biggest total that I could’ve put out, but pretty good given the circumstances of a car crash the night before, no sleep, and a last minute weight cut. ——————— As for my *missed* attempts, I had just barely missed my third squat @ 501lbs/227.5kg due to the bar rolling up my back. I also missed both my second and third bench attempts at 231lbs/105kg due to terrible lift offs and poor execution. Then lastly, I had missed my second deadlift attempt @ 501lbs/227.5kg as my hook grip failed at the top of the pull. Luckily, I was able to come back and smash it on my third attempt!! There is always more to improve and work on. Raw Nats in October will be my next meet. ———————— I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to my coach @colewarren306.
