Greg Baxter- For this set, I felt as if I were firing on all 8 cylinders. Each rep felt good, and my perception of the entire effort was that the weight moved well. For the next couple of weeks, I’ll apply Prilepins’s table for the Elite Athlete, and spend time doing some volume work.
Very impressive. Seeing what you can do gives me hope that at 64 I can still improve my deadlift. Thanks for posting.
