Greg Baxter now 63 years old, and showing no signs of strength loss. Three years ago, I used the same weight, and I performed the same number of reps. Yesterday I performed them with more bar speed, in my opinion. I offer this as an encouragement to my fellow lifters, and particularly those who are younger than I. Being committed to a goal, and pursuing it, are the necessary requirements to being successful. Don’t let age be an excuse for reducing the expectations that you have of yourself.
