beau.moore52- Worked up to 635 in the deadlift working on my speed. One of the things I've learn over years powerlifting is the first rep is the one that counts. Video #2 Didn't like yesterday's bench workout after driving back from Chicago. So hardheaded as usual I benched again today 450/1 with 55lbs in chains. Your brain is your best friend or your worst enemy and you always have to pick one.
