Recently I have been challenged to create this list by a good friend of mine who also loves to deadlift. Being inspired by one of my favorite articles the 55 reasons why of the deadlift is king, I decided to expand on this in go for a 100 reasons! Some of these will be similar to the article that inspired me, some will be new, some will be rational while others will be absolutely crazy.
