blanca_villoch- For someone that doesn’t prefer deadlifting, i sure am having tons of fun with it lately! Reverse bands w/ minis at 495lbs. x2 for some overload work. First time using this in training and had so much fun!! Unlike most conventional pullers, my speed is slowest from the floor... so i’ve always wondered what i could lock out. (Band tension here cuts off at the knee). This was followed by a reverse band single at 515lbs. and then 3’’ deficit pulls. powerlifting
