old_man_powerlifting- Rested single with 635lbs @ 250lbs BW (an actual PR for BW) and a miss at the knees with 635lbs. I am now focusing on strength at the knee cap for at least 6 weeks. Finished with 315x9x3 pause RDL’s just under the knee cap. The knee is where the bar is furthest from the hips and a big weakness for me. You use speed to get past it or just get strong AF and faster! Diet is working well as I just past the 25lbs mark in weight loss. powerlifting
