old_man_powerlifting- deadlift night. 645x1 for a gym PR! 405x17 for volume and then pull-ups and farmers walk to finish. The DL max is the most un-peaked I’ve done before. Slow at the knees tells me my lower back and core needs more work! Always something to fix. All done weighing now only 258lbs!
