Thoughts:
Really have been taking control of my damn path. I got sick of complaining about stuff when I know there was shit I needed to tighten up in my day. Getting the sleep, getting the nutrition, routine, routine, routine, and this showed me exactly what I can do when I give a damn about EVERYTHING that makes up my day. Can not wait to see where my bench goes to in the coming weeks. Get my thorn out of my damn squats and we are back in business.
