bryce_tsa- Finished out the heavy training! 3x2x725 on deadlift and 3x2x430 on bench press. Ky training generally gets progressively heavier over 4 weeks and then resets, and I’m thankful it is now as I need some lower intensities. One more build into the Arnold!
