ptfitness500- 585 peak vs off program. Lots of differences, no supplements (not even caffeine) , not training for it, just cruising through this rehab and decided to test out 6 plates without touching anything over 495 in 2 months. I design my offseason to maintain majority of my strength so that during the next phase of strength I'm not playing catch up but progressing. Building out some BENCH ONLY templates, what would you guys want? Off season building or peaking strength for a 1rm?
