miketuchscherer- First deadlifts I've done since October (495x5 shown). In October I pulled 455x5 pain free. Now I did 495x5 pain free. Seems like I'm getting better! This still feels quite easy, so I don't think I'm losing all that much strength. I mean… I'm obviously not going to pull 800 right now, but I bet I could pull 600x5. I'm not going to get in a hurry now. I'm going to stay patient, keep avoiding pain and taxing movements for some more months. I'll keep chipping away at this during my pivot blocks. powerlifting
