jcoker220- First time a bars been on my back in 5 weeks. 585 lbs and 200 lbs in chains on the cambered bar raaaw! This is a example of what keeping your technique tight and some mental fortitude will do. If I had leaned forward or let my hips get tucked under me or any number of other things happen, I would have been stapled/crushed and maybe even hurt. Learn to think through a lift and above all keep grinding. powerlifting
