miketuchscherer- FrontSquat 540 (245kg) x 1 9.5 RPE, 540x1 8.5RPE. Took two cracks at this one. The first one had a lot of "squish" and was a near-limit lift. I focused more on position on the second single and it was much better. Good to know this kind of deficiency too -- I can address it more directly in future blocks. powerlifting
