steff_eff15- Beltless 500x2....Quick Tip: Don't become dependant on your belt, especially while pulling the light weight. Strengthen your core and use your "inner" belt. Save it for when you need it. Maybe even 1 set before you need it. Oh, and PLEASE do not wear your belt the entire sesh. If you can do this, your belt is not tight enough. powerlifting
