djessicabuettner- Deadlifts from today, top sets of 425lbs x 2 (but more like 2 singles because of the long reset) and block pulls after for some singles of 465 and 3x3x405. Block pulls and rows are the rare things I'll use straps for, just to prevent imbalances from mixed grip. Otherwise my hands are my lifting straps. powerlifting
