miketuchscherer- Front Squat 495x1 @8RPE. Took my bigger jump and it went alright. Kept the bar on my shoulders just fine. This is the most weight I've ever front squatted. I did get a little rounded over, but I think the load just caught me off guard. And that, boys and girls, is why it's useful to practice heavier singles. Doesn't have to be every week, but it is useful.
