Amy Kozle- on a roll!

By Ken Richardson - Amy Kozle, 44 years old, mother of 3 lifted at the WPC Single lift Championships in Grand Rapids MI yesterday. The video is of her 3 attempt 190kg/ 418.8 at a body weight of 52.2 kg/115lbs. She lifted in the 56kg/123 class. It is a WPC Open and Masters World record, APF National Open and Masters record, and APF Michigan Open and Masters State record. Also she won the best female lifter award. Just two weeks ago at the 2017 NPC Masters National Bodybuilding Championships, she place 5th in the Women’s Bodybuilding division!!! She also won the 2017 APF State powerlifting Championships setting 6 state records and came back 8 weeks later and won the 2017 NPC Michigan State Bodybuilding Championships Ms. Michigan!!! Her lifts at the WPC meet will put her 1st in Masters best of the Best at 123 And 3rd in the open Best of the Best Rankings. She’s on a roll!! powerlifting
