powerliftingbridgeford242- 3RM attempt @ 375 kg (826 lbs) with hook grip. Weight felt really good and felt like it moved fast, except I don't know why I was cutting the lockouts, I've never done this before. Anyone else had an issue getting hips through at lockout after switching to hook? Regardless, the weight felt good, this ties the most I've done for reps with straps, plus I did that in gym plates, and I got 7 weeks to clean this up.

I don't think it's the grip. You may have not been focusing on locking out and was more concerned with getting the weight off the ground and subconsciously didn't want to expend strength at the lockout, since you normally do lock out. Also I have noticed that many lifters have a harder time locking out sumos than conventional.
