gorillabench- This video is an example of two things. 1) A workout I used to love which is brutal but fun. We call it 10x2. 2 reps @ 70-80% x 10 sets with 15 seconds rest in between each. Followed by 20 reps at 40-50% 3 rounds of this even with increasing rest and decreasing weight is a brutal killer, (this is a once in a while program to shake it up because of the crazy volume) 2) It's fun to talk smack and compete against your teammates. @jailhousestrong what happens when I'm unsupervised lol.
