kylekeough165- 606x1x2, followed by 518x3x3 off 2" blocks. Thus ends my deadlift training cycle. For a lack of better words, it's been in a slump, but today I just reset my mind and tried harder; I adjusted 87.5% up to 90% because I just need to challenge myself between the ears. It will be nice to get a break from the barbell and work on developing other things while I get my confidence back. My strength hasn't gone anywhere--my bench is proof of that--but it will take time to get back into a real groove
