bamaburr- Not too terrible of a day for an unplanned yolo meet, not perfect by any means but we got the job done. 7/7 performance: 463 squat, 281 bench, 501 deadlift. Breaking an All time world record squat in sleeves and setting a new All time World record total at 148 raw (sleeves) with 1245 @seanjew and i came in with a mission and we executed.
