"I know this isn't powerlifting but I am a powerlifter that is also a college strength coach. This is one of my linebacker's hang cleaning 475 yesterday on our football test day at Liberty University. I was a strength coach with the Seahawks and the University of Washington before returning to Liberty University. The lifter is Dexter Robbins and weighed in the same day at 226. We have developed a unique training system on our cleans training with light to medium weights, with low reps and short rest periods and moving the bar fast. We have averaged at least 4 athletes every year who have cleaned 400 or more. One year we had 82 players clean 300 pounds or more." ~ Bill Gillespie

That's awesome, I would do back flips if I ever did that, I suck at them and the most I ever did was 245. J Hack ... all things are possible to him that believeth.
