Well I chose squats because for me they are just the hardest and most difficult on my body even though I think after deadlift the best determiner for overall strength

why is it so hard to believe? Mike Miller squatted 1200+ and only did 6 at a raw meet. it is the most effected lift by gear.

I think powerlifting should just be a power curl competition, oil up the guns, wear some tights, start the meet 10:00 a.m. end the meet 11:00 a.m. You can get 100 guys lift in an hour and then go talk to the hot girls afterwards!

Wow i dont get why people even really care that much about what the worst or best lift is, who cares. You all sound like a bunch grow babies that started powerlifting to make yourself feel tougher after getting beat up in high school, and feel threatened whenever someone says something that targets your "hardcoreness."

Make no mistake, it isn't that so many hate the bench press. No, they hate the bench-only guys that call themselves powerlifters and try to join the cool kids club that actually do the hard lifts too. It's a natural revolt against these faux-lifters. If you are bench-only, you are a powerlifter with an asterisk. * Too much of a pansy to actually squat and deadlift. 33% powerlifter.

This is a stupid poll. It's powerlifting my friends. I like deadlifts the least because I'm not good @ them, but don't hate them. I love the sport & wouldn't change a thing. People tend to hate what they are not good at. Everyone will have a weak lift. It's very hard to be at the top on all three. Train harder & make that lift decent.
