Alyssa Hitchcock's deadlift was sick. She won it on her opening attempt of 468 and only weighed in at 143lbs. She got something in the low 500's about half way up too!

All deserving choices. But how about Mike Mastrean upping his own American Record total?

My vote goes to the 123lb high school girl that pulled a 402lb deadlift. SN Elite Barbell

I agree that the high school girl who pulled a 402 deadlift at 123lbs should definitely be on the list. The Crowd go more into her lift and she even got a curtain call. Thats my vote with two thumbs up.

Gillingham is a legend, but Herring's 749 at 185 is more impressive than Brad's 859 weighing 133 pounds more. I am a little surprised with the results so far.

I competed in the Arnold events and definitely Alexa Schillinger

I agree, 402 at 123 for a high school girl is incredible--that would be my vote. Really amazing, let's hope she stays in the sport.

How about Mamola equaling his American record of 595 @ 181, pretty impressive lift.
