Everyone seems to have forgot Tina Rinheart. I think she is still the heaviest ladt to ever tripple her body weight in the bench!

Thanks guys :) And yea...I was there for Tina's 402 at 132...one of the coolest lifts I've ever seen. I also saw Jen Thompson put up 286 at 128 in a t-shirt, completely flat back...another unreal strength feat etched in my memory. Watched Becca slowly grind out her first 500 bench back in the day in a stretchy phenom. That was a killer lift along with her more recent insane 600. There aren't many videos out there of Svetlana Dedyulia but IPF lifters know she routinely puts up mid 400 benches in full meets with flawless form. I've spent hours studying her technique. Laura's set up is rock solid and she's crazy strong. Love watching all the girls on this list bench as they each have a unique style. Like I said in the other thread...I'm just happy to see women lifting at all and wish there were more of us! Kara

Tina and Laura are the only two woman to do a 3x bw bench. Laura's Is the highest 3x ever now and the only 3x bw bench done in a full meet. Laura also i believe has the straight up highest bench in a full meet. All the woman mentioned above deserve a massive amount of respect. To be at the levels they are they have worked hard and sacrificed alot.

I'm sticking with Jen Thompson. She has consistently raw benched 285-295, while weighing below 132lbs. She hardly arches and has won consistently at USAPL Nationals and placed/won at IPF World's.

Jen Thompson her raw coeficient is the best in history by nearly 20%. Not to mention she opens with double bodywieght raw routinely and can still win IPF gold.
