He made this song as a tribute to Tony Conyers and his Stronglife Team, but it's also a tribute to powerlifting itself. The video cameos one of the team's in the stronglife family coached by Bill Beekley. A group of ladies ages ranging from 67 - 97 years young. bayne_sts- Deadlifts tonight 8/16 - worked up to 2 sets of 765lbs of 2 and 3 reps and backdown set of 525lbs for 10. Accessories- pull-ups and row hammer machine. Everything’s feeling good going into next week. No more weights until next Friday. Gonna be hard but I need to rest. powerlifting

doctor.deadlift- 871lbs + 110lbs of bands at the top. Moved great even with catching a lot of friction on my wrap and sleeve at the top. Missed 910 right before then dropped back down to this and got it. Just happy I was able to get something decent on the bar. Pretty sure this is way more than I've ever done. So that's good. Bodyweight -215lbs today powerlifting

Often the go-to fix many show is a banded joint mobilization to address the mobility of the joint itself by stretching the hip capsule (a stiff glove-like covering around the joint). This can be a great help for many who have hip impingements – however sometimes there is another problem creating the problem! . This pain can also come out when the muscles of the lateral hip (like the glute medius and portions of the glute max) aren’t working correctly. .

Today’s top singles were all about 90% for me at Squat: 193lb Deadlift: 258.5lbs Bench: 104.5lbs (went for 121 on third attempt which would have been a 5lb PR and my left elbow flared/failed it)
