As a sponsor of the Raw Unity Powerlifting Championships 6, Critical Bench is running a YouTube video contest. All lifters are encouraged to enter and 5 winners will be selected to have their meet fees paid by Critical Bench. Here's how it works: 1. Film a video of yourself sharing your #1 training tip leading up to the RUM 6. Example: Hi my name is Joe Jackson from Athens, GA. In just a few short weeks I plan on competing in a powerlifting meet called RUM 6. Today I'd like to share my BEST training tip with you that I'm using to get prepared. Share Your Tip. Thanks for listening and I hope this helps you out. For more strength training be sure to check out CriticalBench.com. 2. Upload your video to www.youtube.com 3. In the Description area below the video include a link to www.criticalbench.com 4. Email/ Facebook) Eric Powerlifter Talmant with the link to your video! Simple enough right? Here are a few pointers: If you are camera shy pretend like you are talking to a friend. Speak loudly and take your time. Videos do not need to be long. As long as you're sharing a cool tip that you think other people will benefit from the length of the video doesn't matter. Why you should do this: Many lifters might be too busy to do this so if you do, you'll have a good chance of winning. It's a great way to get more exposure. If your video rocks you'll get featured on our YouTube channels too! Plus doing this 15-minute gesture to help up and coming lifters could save you $100. I don't know about you--but that is a lot of money to me! All entries are due by FRIDAY, JANUARY 11TH so don't delay. We will be announcing the winners on MONDAY, JANUARY 14TH. That way if you do enter the contest but DO NOT WIN then you still have plenty of time to submit your entry form by the deadline of FEBRUARY 1ST. If you have already submitted your entry form and fee then you can still take part in the Critical Bench contest. If you are selected as 1 of the 5 winners then your entry fee will be reimbursed. If you have any questions about the contest then please ask them on The Raw Unity Group (Facebook) and either Mike Westerdal or Eric Talmant will answer them.
