Holy shit! That lift was so fast. If he was doing deadlift only, we might have a new WR of 1010-1015! Keep moving the mark up Andy. I hope to see you throw away the doubt of those that believe you can be beaten in the deadlift. That looked too easy for you.

And not a mention of andy saying at least four times to take the bar so only option was other than him fall back with wt on his back was to dump it sure the back spotter would confirm this heard him say it at least three times from front row but also have to say his 490 kg was so deep and fast , looked like he was having trouble setting up,better luck at the worlds andy

You must be jokeing right!!!! Deep!!!! Was it hell, I was sat below the stage and I could see his hip above his knee, that would mean the squat was mega high!!!! It is unfortunatly squats like that that destroy the credability of the lifters, the British guys were so quick to slate Donnie Thompson (rightly so) with his high squats and then they see this through rose tinted glasses! No wonder the IPF lifters take the piss out of the WPC/BPC crowd. I refer to the old adage of "Its not a squat if it doesn't break 90 degrees!" Absoloute joke! Deadlift was good mind lol

Its absolutely ridiculous that they don't setup chains or straps for a monolift squat as there is no downside. At the GPC annual meeting chains even got turned down, likely by a bunch of 600lbs squatters who have never seen someone get seriously injured when someone drops a grand.

if you are sitting low, and can still see "his hip above his knee" that would mean that its pretty high
