
The British Powerlifting Congress (BPC) is the British affiliate of the World Powerlifting Congress (WPC).
Drug Testing
The BPC does not drug test.
Equipment
Up to 2 ply bench shirts are allowed in polyester or denim. Canvas isn't allowed. Unlimited ply lifting suits (up to 2 ply in the UAPC) are allowed in polyester, denim or canvas. Multiple ply briefs are allowed. Knee wraps up to 2.5m are acceptable.

OPEN (Senior): 24-39
(A Teenager, Junior or Master can also compete in the Open class.)
MASTER: 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+
SUBMASTER: 33-39
JUNIOR: 20-23
TEENAGE: 13-15, 16-17, 18-19

Membership Fee
New members are £25 and under 16 schoolboys are £15.
