British Drug Free Powerlifting Association

BDPFA LogoThe British Drug Free Powerlifting Association is the British arm of the World Drug Free Powerlifting Federation. The BDFPA was formed in 1989 with the express purpose of providing an alternative national platform for drug free competition. Drug Testing All BDFPA meets are drug tested.
Equipment The BDFPA offer both equipped and unequipped lifting. In the equipped divisions, single ply bench shirts are allowed in polyester or denim. Canvas and open backed shirts are not allowed. Single ply lifting suits are allowed in polyester. Canvas and denim are not allowed. Briefs are not legal. Knee wraps are fine up to 2m.
