big_papi_panora- Deadlift (beltless) 550 4x3 then 10. Once upon a time I could deadlift 800+ anytime I touched a bar, then I had a stroke and lost just enough dexterity to make it feel weird, so I sort of ignored the lift for 5 years, but I can't anymore. If you don't pull 800 these days you might as well stay home. I've been working my ass off on this lift, hypers and grip stuff daily. Feeling stronger than ever but a platform will decide. powerlifting
