US OPEN 2018 prep Week 5 Meal: - 500x10 paused (PR) - 500x7 paused - 455x3 close grip touch n go (3 sets) - 190 pushups - heavy accessories Thoughts: Really have been taking control of my damn path. I got sick of complaining about stuff when I know there was shit I needed to tighten up in my day. Getting the sleep, getting the nutrition, routine, routine, routine, and this showed me exactly what I can do when I give a damn about EVERYTHING that makes up my day. Can not wait to see where my bench goes to in the coming weeks.
