jenthompson132- I believe a "hinging" motion is what caused all my hip problems. So I am working on not "levering" the weight. A cue that has worked for me is "protect your arm pits". I know it's weird, but if I close arms down like I'm hiding my arm pits it sets my back in the correct position. This is 275 lbs for my final set. All out effort of 20 reps. powerlifting
